A group of explorers discover a hidden land where horrible experiments have created monster alligators. They try to fight back as their numbers dwindle. Not recommended

A group of people decide to fight back against alien invaders in this good effort from Australia. Recommended

Three criminals try to rob a dying woman’s house but run into a badass live-in nurse. Nothing new here. Not Recommended

On the lighter side-Movies-A Quiet Place (2018)-Emily Blunt

In the future, a family tries to stay silent in the face of alien creatures that attack at the sound of a voice. Great and unique movie. Recommended

Three girls decide that they want to lose their virginity on prom night and their parents scramble to stop this after learning of it. Funny and silly at the same time, but entertaining nonetheless. Recommended with caution.

Los Angeles cops vs. criminals bent on robbing the Federal Reserve Bank branch in Los Angeles in this action packed crime movie. Recommended

On the lighter side-Movies-Maze Runner: The Death Cure (2018)

You have to watch the whole series in order to understand this finale. A group of teens tries to uncover the cure behind a deadly disease by infiltrating a mysterious city. I can’t explain much without going into detail but it is not a great movie to waste your time one. For people who want to complete the series, yes it is recommended but overlong. Others not Recommended

On the lighter side-Movies-Black Panther (2018)-Chadwick Boseman

Although one of the biggest blockbusters with majority African American cast, this movie failed to impress me. Although praised by almost everyone but I was not that much into it. A leader from an advance tribe of people must fight off a challenger and take his tribe to the future. Too serious for a super hero movie. Recommended with caution.

A bank security guard gains super human strength and tries to save his estranged daughter from evil construction people. Recommended with caution.

On the lighter side-Movies-Tomb Raider (2018)-Alicia Vikander

Remake of the much better Tomb Raider starring Angelina Jolie. This one is not that great with poor acting and rehash story line about a daughter of a disappeared adventurer who goes looking for him. Not Recommended

Gnomeo and Juliet recruit Sherlock Gnomes to find out the mystery of disappearing garden ornaments. Cute little animated movie. Recommended.

On the lighter side-Movies-Hunting Emma (2018-South Africa)

A supposedly meek girl witnesses a murder in the wilderness and the killers go after her but get more than what they bargained for. Nice effort by South Africa. Enjoyable movie. Recommended
